We should also add founder along with Jeffrey’s long list of impressive credentials. Jeffrey has faced many battles in the trenches as a young rising talent in those early days as Canadian General Manager of the Retail and Dealer Co-op division for Ted Bates Advertising. Those battles have taught him well. It has taught Jeffrey the essence of what it takes to become a great agency. Never accept good enough. To do that, it’s imperative to surround yourself with the best people in the business.

Jeffrey is a specialist in communications with more than 30 years experience designing a wide range of successful advertising and marketing programs for national retailers, manufacturers, and government agencies. Jeffrey is renowned for his Marketing and Strategic Planning as well as his Creative Concepts and unique insights in Applied Design. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Montreal’s Concordia University.

Jeffrey GottheilGray Hammond (Director of Market Information)

Gray received his BA (Economics) and MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He’s been in Market Research for over 25 years. He’s been a consultant at Deloitte, a project director and V.P. Client Services at DJC Research, and National Research Manager at Ted Bates Advertising.

Leslie (MBA, BSc) is a strategic planning & corporate communications professional with over 20 years experience in both corporate and not-for-profit sectors. An experienced relationship manager, she employs a collaborative approach to obtain commitment on tactical objectives and implementation from internal and external stakeholders at all levels in an organization.
